Carmen J. Rieger

February 19, 1953 — January 31, 2023

Carmen J. Rieger, 69, passed away on January 31, 2023. Carmen was born in Brooklyn, NY, and resided in Marlton, NJ.
Carmen was an avid Pennsauken High Marching Band Booster when her children were in high school. She was well known for selling handmade dolls that resembled each of the local high schools' marching bands. Her love for the Lord pushed her to join many church activities throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Carmen could be a tough cookie but she would always go out of her way to help anyone in need, and was well known for opening her home to anyone that needed a place to stay. A few years before Carmen's health started to decline, she graduated with her Billing and Coding Certificate.
Carmen is survived by her husband of 39 years, Kenneth Rieger; son Louis (and Kristyn) Rieger; daughters Lina (and Jeremiah) Kruse and Nichole Rieger; mother, Julia LaLuz; sister Lydia (and David) Drybred; nephew Jeremy Carrion, and 5 grandchildren Isabella, Lillianna, Hayli, Leena & Jacob.

Memories unfold as we think of you,
A real mom, through and through.

You suffered in silence everyday,
An illness that would not go away.
But now you have no more pain,
For Gods loving arms have healed you again.
