Edith E. Hoelle (nee Miller), 88, of Pitman, passed away on May 24, 2014. Edith was born in Aldan, PA and resided in Woodbury & Westville before moving to Pitman Manor. She was a Librarian for the Gloucester County Historical Society from 1963 to2005. She was a member of the Sewell Baptist Church and wrote the "Vignettes of Historic Woodbury."

Edith was predeceased by her husband Kurt F. Hoelle & granddaughters Holly Green & Alisha Hoelle. She is survived by 2 sons Jeffrey (Rose) of Gibbstown & Andrew (Leeann) of Woodbury; daughter April (Bill) Green of Glenolden, PA; 2 grandchildren John Green of GA & Sharon (Joe) De Hart of Williamstown & 4 great grandchildren Shauna, Katy, Keeley & Joey Jr.
Visitation Friday 2 to 4pm at Pitman Manor 535 N. Oak Ave. Pitman, NJ and 6pm until the Memorial service at 7pm at Sewell Baptist Church 806 Mantua Blvd. Sewell, NJ 08080 under the direction of DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES Woodbury, NJ.
