Henry was predeceased by his wife Martha Grant Twells Neubert. He is survived by, Diane Jean Neubert; daughter, George Stephen Dooley; son-in-law, Helen Hay; sister, Harold Neubert; brother, Carl Neubert; brother, Thomas Rodney Twells:brother-in-law, Thomas Edgcumbe: nephew, and their families.

Service 11am Monday August 3rd at Christ Episcopal Church 62 Delaware St. Woodbury NJ. Entombment with Military Honors, Eglington Cemetery.
