Margaret E. 'Peg' Mckenna

Margaret E. "Peg" McKenna (nee Fries), 75, of West Deptford, passed away on June 17, 2014. Peg was born in Camden and has resided in West Deptford for 50 years. She was a cafeteria worker for the West Deptford Board of Education. She was a member of the Church of the Ascension, Gloucester City; the Episcopal Church Women; West Deptford Senior Citizens Group and she chaired Woodbury Class of 1957 reunions for 50 years and enjoyed monthly luncheons with her retired West Deptford cafeteria workers.

Peg is survived by her loving husband of 55 years E. Thomas McKenna; 2 daughters Pamela A. McKenna of Deptford & Susan L. (Greg) Ramick of Mullica Hill; son Jeffrey T. (Lisa) McKenna of Mickleton; sister Lillian (Tom) Harding of Westville; grandchildren Alex Beato, Sara Ramick, Austin McKenna and Brittany & John Forte and great grandchild Brayden McKenna.

Visitation Thursday 7 to 9pm at the DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICE 171 Delaware St. Woodbury, NJ 08096. Funeral Mass 10am Friday at Church of the Ascension 110 Sussex St. Gloucester City, NJ 08030. Interment Eglington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Church of the Ascension.
