Raymond Mc Cool Jr., 78, of Thorofare, on July 10, 2011. Ray was born in Oaklyn and has resided in West Deptford for the past 54 years. He retired from the I.B.E.W. Local 98 in Philadelphia, he was the youngest officer elected, served as Past President, and Past Business Agent of Local 98. He was a true union representative and superintendent to all major jobs in Philly. After retiring Ray worked on homes for the Habitat of Humanity. He served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Infant Jesus Parish, St. Margaret Church; involved with West Deptford Little League & Midget Football; member of West Deptford Senior Club; loved to spend time at his home in North Cape May; an avid Phillies & Eagles Fan; loved gardening, John Wayne & Frank Sinatra; he loved to talk politics & solve the world, he was a perfectionist and wanted everything done his way, his favorite song was "My Way."

Ray was predeceased by his parents Raymond Sr. & Margaret Wilson & 2 sons Michael "Mickey" & Dennis. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Frances "Franny" Schiavo; son Kevin (Chrissy) Mc Cool; daughter Sharon Mc Cool; grandchildren Crystal (Rob) Burness, Shawn Mc Cool & Denny Summerville; 2 sisters Margaret (Frank) Denham & Roberta (Jim) Foody & several nieces & nephews.

Visitation Thursday 9:30am until service at 11am at the DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES 171 Delaware St. Woodbury, NJ. Interment with Military Honors New St. Mary Cemetery.
