Robert H. Chipman

Robert H. Chipman, 73, of West Deptford, on March 29, 2011 at home. Bob was born in Camden and has resided in West Deptford for 30 years. Bob retired as a Chief Petty Officer from the US Navy in 1974 after 20 years of service. He then became a Logistics Specialist at the Naval Systems Engineering Station, for 25 years. Bob was a member of the Gateway Model Railroad Club and he volunteered for 14 years at Underwood Memorial Hospital.

Bob is survived by his wife of 30 years Elizabeth Hill Chipman; 2 daughters Robin (Kirk) Cordy & Kathy Miller both of San Antonio, TX; grandchildren Kirk Jr, Heather & Bobby Cordy & Eric & Nicole Miller & 1 great grandson.

Memorial services 10am Friday at the Trinity United Methodist Church 284 Cedar Road Mullica Hill, NJ under the direction of the DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES Woodbury, NJ.
