Serena C. Miller

SERENA C. MILLER (nee Baillie), 89 on Dec. 10th at the Pitman Manor. She was born in Carney's Point and resided in Westville and Pilesgrove before moving to Pitman 8 years ago. Serena was employed as a clerk-secretary by Langston Corp. in Camden & Cherry Hill for 20 years. She was a member of the Westville Baptist Church for over 30 years and then attended Elmer Baptist Church for 12 years. Serena was one of the 1st members of the Indian Maidens Program of the Gloucester County YMCA.
Serena was predeceased by her husband, Charles J. She is survived by 2 children, Charles J. Miller Jr. of Woodbury and Bonnie Shapbell of Antioch, Tenn.
Visitation Sunday 7-9 pm and Monday 10 am until the service at 11am at the DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES 171 Delaware St. Woodbury, NJ. Interment Eglington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to Alzheimer Association, 399 Market Street, Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106 or the Pitman Manor Fellowship Fund 535 N. Oak Ave. Pitman, NJ 08071.
