William R. Hughes, 84, of West Deptford, on July 19th at home. Born in the Ann Whitall House in National Park, he resided in Colorado before moving to West Deptford. Bill was a retired Pipe Fitter. He was a member of Florence Lodge #87 F&AM, Past Master of Lafayette Lodge #91 AF & AM of Lafayette, CO, Excelsior Consistroy AASR of Collingswood, and Crescent Temple AAONMS and numerous Masonic organizations in CO; Founder & former chief of Boulder, CO Emergency Squad.
Bill is survived by his children Debbie J. (Don) Perrone of National Park, Frances H. (Bruce) Norton of Louisville, CO, Fred D. Schlegel Jr. Of Firestone, CO & Mary M. (Bill) Wilson of Dacono, CO; sister Idamae Gilliam of Denver, CO; 9 grandchildren & 16 great grandchildren.
Visitation Thursday 7 to 9pm with Masonic Service at 8pm and Friday 9:30 until service at 10:30am at the DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES 171 Delaware St. Woodbury, NJ. Interment in Eglington Cemetery. Contributions to the Shriners Hospital 3551 N. Broad St. Philadelphia, PA 19140 or Commission for the Blind Southern Reg. Office 2201 Rt. 38 E. Suite 600 Cherry Hill, NJ 08002.
