Bertha Dugan

Bertha Dugan (nee Riddell), 87, of West Deptford, passed away on August 8, 2022. Bertha was born in Verga and resided in Westville before moving to West Deptford. She was a secretary for Joe Pardo Tucking Company in Deptford for 20 years.
Bertha is survived by her children Steven and Helen Seltzer of Franklinville, James and Karen Seltzer of Newburn, NC and Linda (Larry) Meredith of Westville; sister Eleanor Russian of Bridgeton; brother Robert Riddell of Westville; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her brother Walt Riddle.
