Daniel J. McGee

Daniel J. McGee, 83, of West Deptford, passed away on December 19, 2025. He was born in Camden; he resided in Woodbury before moving to West Deptford 21 years ago. Dan served in the US Navy. He worked at the Philadelphia Navy Yard and retired in 1995. He then delivered for Sanderson Florist; he loved the expressions from people when they came to the door; Shoprite in West Deptford and Budds Pools. He was a weekly volunteer at Underwood Memorial Hospital. Dan loved to dress as Santa every year and visit family and friends.

Dan is survived by his wife of 55 years Christina (nee Firman) McGee; daughter Erin and her husband Bill Smith of West Deptford; grandson Jacob Smith; sister-in-law Paula (John) Cunningham of Turnersville and his brothers-in -law David Firman of Turnersville & Drew (Elizabeth) Firman of Woodbury Heights. He was predeceased by his sister June Tiller.
