Dorothy M. Umba

Dorothy M. Umba (nee Whinna), 82, of Blackwood, passed away on October 18, 2023. Dorothy was born and raised in Westville she resided in Haddon Heights before moving to Blackwood. She worked in the real estate and mortgage industry from 1971 to 2005. Dorothy loved spending time with her family, going to the Philadelphia Flower Show and boating.

Dorothy is survived by her children Kimberly (Michael Reakus) Hickman of Deptford & Thomas (Kathleen Drebick) Umba Jr. of Gloucester City; sisters Donna (Frank) Good & Jean (Chick) McAleer; brother Lester (Barbara) Whinna; grandchildren Nicole (Kevin) Marra Eckardt & Antonio (Amy) Marra; greatgrandchildren Sophia, Joey, Aubrey & Aaron and her sister-in-law Joanne Whinna. She was predeceased by her loving companion Jack McGuire; brother William Whinna III and her dog Charlie.

Visitation Wednesday October 25th 9am until to service at 11am at the DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES 171 Delaware St. Woodbury, NJ. Interment Eglington Cemetery.
