Elizabeth R. Stainker

Elizabeth R. Stainker, 105, formerly of West Deptford, passed away on December 1, 2022.
Elizabeth was married to William Stainker for over 30 years, until his death in 1986. She was also predeceased by her parents, Herman J. and Elisabeth Ruch, and a brother, Herman V. Ruch. She is survived by a daughter, Erica Cathers (Emlyn).
Elizabeth was born and raised in Woodbury Heights, NJ. After graduating from Woodbury High School, she took secretarial training at Peirce Business School in Philadelphia. Over the years, she worked at the Woodbury Daily Times, Rohm & Haas, Underwood-Memorial Hospital, and the Gloucester County Division of Youth and Family Services. She lived for a time in Philadelphia, and married there, before moving back to the area and settling in West Deptford in 1954. She recently resided at United Methodist Communities Pitman.
