Ester C. Monteron (nee Carlos), 90, of Woodbury, passed away on April 1, 2024. Ester was born in the Philippines. She is survived by her daughters Edith (Bobby) Penuliar of Florida & Elea (Edgar) Tan of Woodbury; brothers Jesse Carlos, Carmelito Carlos & Conrado Carlos; grandchildren Michael Penuliar, Jennifer Penuliar & Jenalyn Pineda and great grandchildren Sailor Pineda, Russell Penuliar & Elliana Gregory.
