George D. Porch Jr., 79, "A fair and honest man," passed away on October 15, 2015. George was born in Camden and has resided in Woodbury since 1956. He was a supervisor at Owens Corning Fiber Glass in Barrington for 34 years, retiring in 1994. George was a true family man and loved the NY Yankees.
George is survived by his wife of 62 years Virginia "Ginny" Schade Porch; daughter Ginny (Bill) Howard of VA; sons Jeffrey Sr. (Barbara) of Clementon & Eric Sr. (Lisa) of Woodbury; sister Thelma Porch of Mantua; 10 grandchildren & 10 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his son George D. & sister Mary Ellen Porch.
Visitation Monday 10:30am until the services at 12:30pm at DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES 171 Delaware St. Woodbury, NJ. Interment Eglington Cemetery.
