Gisela Hudson

Gisela Hudson, 89, of Mantua, passed away on January 30, 2020. She was born in Germany; she resided in St. John, Canada from 59 to62, Augusta, Maine 62 to 64, N. Plainfield, NJ 64 to 75, Doylestown, PA 75 to 99 and then in Rio Grande before moving to Mantua in 2009. Gisela was an avid fisherwoman; she loved knitting & crocheting, bingo at the VFW, trips to Atlantic City, craft shows, farmers markets and her store Omas Nook in Peddlers village.
Gisela is survived by 3 sons Gerhard, Jurgen & Klaus Armbruster; brother Hermann Mertz; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation Tuesday 11am until the memorial service at 12noon at the DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL HOME 171 Delaware St. Woodbury, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made St. Jude Childrens Hospital at stjude.org. Memories and condolencesmay be shared online at daviswagner.com
