Harry J. Dillon, 75, of West Deptford, passed away on October 14, 2024. Harry was born in Niagara Falls, NY; he resided in Grenloch and Woodbury before moving to West Deptford in 2008. He was a microbiologist at the Public Health & Environmental Laboratories for the State Department of Health in Trenton, NJ. Harry attended the University of Florida, “Go Gators,” and graduated from Stockton University. He loved marine biology and fish; he was an avid reader, enjoyed cooking, music, especially the Grateful Dead, and he loved animals, especially his dogs.

Harry is survived by his wife of 33 years Mary Claire Dillon (nee Coyle) and his cousins Glen Noone, Catherine Andres & her family, Mark Dillon & his family and Eileen Dillon Kara & her family. 

Visitation 6pm Wednesday October 23rd until the memorial service at 7:30pm at the DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES 171 Delaware Street Woodbury, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Gloucester County Animal Shelter 1200 N. Delsea Drive Clayton, NJ 08312 or the Animal Welfare Association 509 Centennial Blvd, Voorhees Township, NJ 08043. Memories and condolences may be shared at daviswagner.com
