Hazel W. Skinner

Hazel W. Skinner (nee Weldie), 98, a life-long resident of Woodbury, passed away peacefully, after a life well lived, on February 22, 2024. Hazel was a graduate of Woodbury High School, Class of 1943, and Taylor Business School. She was a devoted wife and mother and loving “Nana”, whose favorite pastime was spending time with her family. A lifetime member of The Presbyterian Church at Woodbury, Hazel served as a Deacon, Trustee, President of the Women’s Association and sang in the church choir. She was an avid sports fan and had a special affinity for any Philadelphia team.

Hazel was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Richard Skinner, who passed away in 2009. She is survived by her daughters, Sandra Skinner of Woodbury, and Linda (Jeffrey Crossland) Skinner, of Lewisburg, PA and her grandchildren Patrick Crossland, Grace Crossland and Daniel Crossland.

Visitation 10 am Saturday, March 9th, until the service at 11 am at The Presbyterian Church at Woodbury, 67 S. Broad Street, Woodbury, NJ, under the direction of DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL HOME.
