James is survived by his son Bentley Riggs; father James A. Riggs Jr.; mother Trudy Coulter Riggs; grandmothers Betty Riggs & Reba Tobin; siblings Karyn & Kevin St. John, Ricky Riggs, Kenny Mayer & Ieisha Riggs.
