Joan C. Van Note

Joan C. Van Note, 78, a lifetime resident of Woodbury, passed away on May 9, 2022. Joan graduated from Woodbury High School 1962, Juniata College 1966, and received her masters degree from Glassboro State College. She was a teacher in Woodbury and West Deptford and retired as a guidance counselor in Buena. She was Past President & Lt. Governor of the Kiwanis Club; Juniata alumni chairman; Alpha Delta Sorority. She was a season ticket holder and member of the welcome staff of the Phillies.
Joan is survived by her brother G. Steven (Ruth) Van Note; nephew Steven (Brittany) and their children Brady, Hudson & Mackenna; niece Nicole (Stephen) Zacchi and their son Grayson & cousin Marian Van Note Hosier.
Visitation 12pm May 17th until the service at 1:30pm at the DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES 171 Delaware St. Woodbury, NJ. Interment Eglington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Greater Woodbury Kiwanis Club, Playground Project c/o Betty Limanni 116 Robin Dr. Paulsboro, 08066.
