Marvel Henson

Marvel Henson, 92, of Somerdale, on Nov. 14th at Innova Health & Rehab at Deptford. He worked as a Quality Engineer for General Signal Co. In North Wales, PA, retiring 30 years ago. Marvel served in the Army during WWII in the European Theater Fighting 69th Division. He was a member of the VFW Post 713 Westmont & Post 7334 Somerdale; active in the Youth Athletic League, the Cub Scouts & Boy Scouts all in Somerdale.

Marvel was predeceased by his wife Mildred and daughter Judith Elaine. He is survived by 4 sons, Don of Woodbury, David of Glendora, Jack of Gloucester Twp., & Joseph of Houston, TX; 2 daughters Elizabeth Cassidy of Myrtle Beach, SC & Patricia Clark of Coatsville, PA; sister Virginia McBurney of Virginia Beach, VA; 19 grandchildren & 17 great grandchildren.

Visitation Wed. 9am until the service at 11am at the DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES 171 Delaware St. Woodbury, NJ.
