Matilde "Mati" Candelaria, 32, of Mantua, passed away on August 5, 2015.
Mati was born in Philadelphia and resided in Florida before moving to Mantua.
Mati is survived by her mother Matilda Soto Cordero; children Israel Diaz, Emely Diaz, Alyna Diaz & Elis Baltodano; siblings Dorothy Tina Candelaria, Daniel Candelaria, Jose Candelaria, Ricardo Rivera, Angelique Martinez, Gabriel Candelaria & Nicholas Candelaria.
Visitation Wednesday 10am until the service at 12noon at the DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL AND CREMATION SERVICES 171 Delaware St. Woodbury, NJ. Interment Eglington Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to www.gofundme.com/k2db5buw Memories & condolences shared at daviswagner.com
