Michael W. Oto

Michael W. Oto, 57, of Mt. Royal, NJ, passed away on August 31, 2026. Michael was born in Oak Park, Il; he resided in Medford, NJ before moving to Mt. Royal 7 years ago. He received his Bachelor's Pre-law Degree from Florida Atlantic University and his Doctorate in Law from Widener College. Michael was a Counsel/Litigation Attorney for Schirrmeister Diaz-Arrastia Brem, then, Senior Council at Kuchler Polk Weiner both in Wilmington, DE and then he was a solo practitioner in Haddonfield, NJ. He was also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Wilmington University. Michael was an actor and singer, he loved music and played the piano and guitar, both self-taught.

Michael was predeceased by his parents John J. Oto and Elana M. Vogel (née Shilkaitis). He is survived by his brothers John R. (Min Suk) Oto and Eric J. Oto; step-father James M. Vogel and nieces & nephews Amanda, John Jr., Aiden & Addyson.
