Patricia Breen, 81, of Blackwood, passed away on May 1, 2014. Pat was born in Montreal, Canada and has resided in PA & South Jersey since 1976. She was a waitress at the Crystal Lake Diner in Haddonfield.
Pat is survived by her children Katherine P. Broeders, Thomas S. (Bev) Bottomley, Patricia E. (Andrew) Zrinscak & Jason M. (Penny) Sklivas; brother Jim (Mary Jane) Breen; sisters Eileen Breen, Rose Powers & Margaret (William) Garvey and grandchildren Summer, Spencer, Scott & Brooke.
Visitation Tuesday 11am until the memorial service at 1pm at the DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES 171 Delaware St. Woodbury, NJ 08096. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society at cancer.org Memories & condolences shared at daviswagner.com
