Ruth E. Bornmann

Ruth E. Bornmann (nee Nickerson), 86, of West Deptford, passed away on August 18, 2024. Ruth was born in Woodbury; she resided in West Deptford and Palmyra before moving back to West Deptford. She was the caretaker of Soupy Island from 1979 to 1998. Ruth was an Elderess at Bethel Church, Blackwood and volunteered in their kitchen. She enjoyed arts & crafts and playing cards with her girlfriends.

Ruth was predeceased by her husband Joseph & her brother William Nickerson. She is survived by her children, Denise (Armand) Perez, Joseph (Carole) Bornmann, Lois (Scott) Hasson, Dawn (Jay) Royce, and Rebecca (David) Flanigan and 31 grand, great & great-great grandchildren.
