Sondra M. Dankel (nee Turner), 78, of Blackwood, passed away on January 10, 2026. Sondra was born in Woodbury; she grew up in Westville before moving to Blackwood. She worked in the shipping department for 3M in West Deptford. Sondra was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, German Club, Bible Study Group and the Parkinson’s Support Group.
Sondra is survived by her nieces and nephews Lee Misinkavitch, Frank Turner and his sons Lucas & Michael, Jessica, Scottie, Christopher, Jonathan and Thomas and her loving companion Jim White. She was predeceased by parents Thomas & Pearl Turner; her son Kenneth “Kenny” and her siblings John Turner & Mary Satter.
Visitation 10:30am Friday January 16th until the funeral service at 11am at the DAVIS & WAGNER FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES 171 Delaware St. Woodbury, NJ. Interment Sharptown Methodist Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkinson’s Foundation or to CHOP in memory of Kenny.
